My passion lies in integrating psychological principles into everyday life, focusing on areas such as well-being, personal growth, and financial independence. This social media project was borne from my journey towards financial independence and has expanded to encompass helping others understand the power of psychology in achieving one's goals.

My passion for psychology comes from the desire to emphasise mental health as a crucial part of holistic well-being - an aspect that is often neglected. What fascinates me most is development in the early years of life and how it influences behaviours and interactions in adulthood. In particular, I am drawn to the ways in which the effects of nurture, such as the influence of role models in varying developmental contexts, can influence decision making capabilities, behavioural habits and mental health.

My passion for psychology principally stems from a strong curiosity about the psychobiosocial underpinnings of eating disorders, exercise addiction, obsessive compulsive disorder and body image issues. I am especially interested in how research, clinical work, mindfulness, and embodied practices like trauma-informed yoga can expand current approaches to treatment, reduce stigma, and transform how we understand healing, resilience, and recovery.

My passion for psychology comes from a curiosity and drive to understand how people think, feel, and connect with one another. I’m fascinated by both the scientific side of psychology, studying the brain and behavior, and the applied side, where those insights can be turned into something meaningful and practical. What drives me most is the idea of using psychology to make a real impact, supporting people in ways that are not only evidence-based but also empathetic and lasting.

My passion for psychology stems from the ability to understand how emotions, motivations, and decision-making shape human behaviour. I am particularly interested in how our early experiences are associated with cognitive development and long-term mental health outcomes. Psychology not only allows us to discover and understand more about human behaviour, but also informs evidence-based strategies to promote positive change and well-being in both individuals and communities.

I’m curious about the mechanisms of the mind and how psychological insights can help us live with purpose and resilience. What truly motivates me is understanding how this knowledge can deepen empathy for ourselves and others, allowing us to navigate life’s challenges with thoughtfulness and flexibility. My passion for psychology stems from my desire to help and understand others on a deeper level. I’m particularly drawn to the clinical and mental health side of psychology, specifically regarding how certain life experiences can affect development, cognition, and everyday well-being. The ways in which psychology intersects empathy with resilience to provide evidence-based research are especially interesting to me. I hope to contribute to knowledge that can offer others the strategies to recover and reach their full potential.
