This social media project was born from my journey towards financial independence and has expanded to encompass helping others understand the power of psychology in achieving one's goals.

My passion for psychology stems from a deep curiosity about the human mind and a desire to help others overcome challenges and thrive. I'm fascinated by the psychology of money, emotions, and how these factors influence decision-making and relationships - which fuels my drive to create positive change.

My interest in psychology comes from a deep interest in the science of human behaviour and how we learn, adapt and communicate. I am particularly interested in understanding how neurodegenerative diseases impact individuals, as well as researching therapeutic interventions and daily coping strategies to support them. This commitment fuels my goals to become a clinical neuropsychologist.

Through my experiences in developmental research and clinical settings, I have become especially interested in how psychological knowledge can be translated beyond academic and clinical spaces into insights that people can understand and apply in their everyday lives. I am especially passionate about making evidence-based psychology more accessible through education and digital media.

What I find intriguing about psychology is that the more I learn, the more I realize how much there still is to understand. I am particularly interested in how people differ in how they think, feel, and cope, especially in areas like memory, cognitive development, and emotion regulation. I hope to use my learnings from psychology to make meaningful differences in people’s well-being.
